Software Supplier Contract & performance Manager
Main Accountabilities:
- Software Supplier Contract & Performance Manager role is to manage the software suppliers; define and deploy vendor governance frameworks; identify and review opportunities to save costs, and act as a problem management and resolution point with strategic software suppliers.
- Create and manage longer term software consumption strategy and financial plan in line with IT Strategic objectives.
Brief Description:
- At least 10 years of experience in a truly global role working with a globally dispersed set of stakeholders and team members to deliver outstanding results
- Proven examples of negotiating multimillion deals with suppliers and delivery of savings
- Demonstrable drive for excellence in end result under stressful situations and tight timelines
- Brilliant track record of building 1-2-1 trusted relationships with CXO level stakeholders and influencing for positive outcomes
- Aware of the latest trends in software assets and able to leverage that information to drive software asset strategy for Unilever
- Has sound commercial, organisational, time management, negotiation and staff management skills.
- Displays good inter-personal skills at all levels of contact and in a wide variety of situations
- Possesses a good understanding of the business and commercial context of Unilever and good awareness of mercantile and contract law as this applies to the provision of software assets (ref:hirist.com)
