Position - ESTIMATION CHAMPION
Responsibilities
- Ensure that estimation models exists for all key solution offerings as part of pre-sales repository.
- Standardization of estimation models for common type of projects
- Maintain a list of experts in the company for various estimation models
- Develop and own the process of estimation reviews and ongoing changes in the estimation models
- Ensure that all estimates are prepared / reviewed by the expert panel for all managed projects
- Ensure that estimation models are improved continuously based on feedback from delivered projects and win / loss data
- Review estimates of key AMS deals
- Play a proactive in deal structuring (including estimation) for all large deals
Experience Requirement - Should have got exp. in doing Estimations for ERP or AMS deals (MANDATORY)
- Very strong project/program management experience in delivery
- Expertise in multiple estimation models in IT services projects
- Proven expertise in large deal structuring; knowledge of competitive estimation/business models; TPA exposure (in context of large deals) preferred
- Must have experience in estimation and delivery of Application Management projects
- Certification on industry standard estimation techniques/ forums (e.g. IFPUG) will be a distinct advantage
- Ability to work in highly dynamic and matrix organization, collaboration with multiple stakeholders
