Your tasks:
- Ensures store work schedules meet the needs of the business
- Models the behaviors in establishing and maintaining relationships with Customers to increase sales growth and repeat business through credit card, email and designer program
- Ensures district provides a consistent and exceptional Customer experience
- Ensures that all company policies and procedures are consistently followed
Your skills:
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
- Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed
- 2-5 years multi unit experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
