Manager Development (m/f), Jabalpur in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
Your tasks:
- Manage team leads and professional/technical employees and ensure deliverables are met or exceeded
- Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Assure adherence to budgets, schedules work plans, and performance requirements
- Manages staff in such a manner that they maintain strong linkages and communications with business partners
- Implement rigorous unit testing methods and practices, ensuredevelopers follow documented processes including test results for unit testing
- HR responsibilities to include, development, evaluation, training, and recognition programs
- Manage teams to plan and manage the IT portion of business initiatives, including application analytics, development, testingand implementation
- Manages a team of developers, data management analysts, and solution consultants
- Annual planning and budgeting process for the supported applications
