Position Requirements / Skills:
- 3 - 7 years of SalesForce.com and Cast Iron experience, Atleast 1-2 Years of Team Handling Experience.
- Thorough understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC Sales and/or Service Cloud.
- Thorough understanding of the SFDC Data model, constraints and goveors.
- Excellent understanding of Cast Iron data integration tool (this also requires good understanding of XML, SQL and Oracle).
- Advanced programming with Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and APEX Web services is required.
- Salesforce.combatch and event-driven integration experience with Data Loader required.
- Salesforce.com Configuration, Change Management, Migration, and Deployment experience required.
- Experience with SalesForce to SalesForce (S2S) required.
- Comfortable using the SalesForce.com Eclipse IDE for development.
- Experience with Partner Portals is desirable.
- Familiarity with Subversion is preferred.
- Understanding of Marketing Automation tools like Eloqua a plus.
- Understanding of Email Marketing tools like ExactTarget a plus.
- SFDC certification - 401 and 501 is desirable.
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Must be able to work independently and as part large, cross functional teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication. Confident communicator; comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization including senior leadership.

- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Preferred: BE/BTech/BSc/BCom
- PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, Preferred: MCA/MTech/MS/ MCom
