Position Requirements / Skills:
- Good knowledge of OOPS and database concepts and experience in Salesforce.com development environment.
- Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project.
- Develop Visualforce pages, Workflow rules, Triggers, Apex Classes, Web services, Sharing Rules etc.
- Basic customization on Force.com platform (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Page Layouts, Record Type, etc.)
- Integration with external systems.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Perform testing and validation of new functionality
- Deep SFDC and Force.com experience, and able to think through solutions of concepts
- Ability to map out to process flows and objects in SFDC
- Salesforce.com Developer and Admin certifications
- Must understand and be able to implement Salesforce.com configuration changes
- Must have deployed at least two Salesforce.com projects
- End to end implementation experience preferred
- Decent Communication skills

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required, Preferred: MCA/MTech/MS/MCom
